Today I have a card to share using the stamp set
Flowering Gems from
Layers of Color. These beautiful floral stamps just called my name and I couldn't wait to get them inky. I am not real adept at coloring with Copics so did a bit of sponging on this creation. First, I stamped the florals on Sweet Corn cardstock. Then I cut around the petals towards the center of the flower and sponged the edges of each with Memento Rhubarb. Each floral layer was then popped up on dimensional dots and finished with a pearl in the center. I did similar with the leaves and stamped them onto Green Apple cardstock. To create the white and yellow background, I used the
Vintage Medallion Art Stencil. I love how easy the
Art Stencils are to use and they clean up easy... I just run water over mine and set it aside to dry (easy-peasy).
