Shades of Blue

I made this card for a recent Gina K. swap I participated in. By now everyone should have received their swap so no surprises spoiled. LOL! I made these back in January and it was so neat to create a set of these cards while looking out my window and actually see snow falling! For North Carolina, snow seems relatively rare so I am thankful we had a good one.

My trip to the craft store yesterday wasn't as good as I was hoping...the Nestabilities were sold out at Hobby Lobby, the stamps weren't on sale (I won't pay full price for stamps there...or any box store) and Michaels' didn't have all of their new stuff out yet. But to look on the upside of it...I will try again another day :o)))) I did find some great My Mind's Eye scrapbooking paper and some neat prima type flowers on sale so that was good! I have a busy day here...along with everything else the normal Friday house cleaning so maybe I can stamp tomorrow for a good bit!

Hope you have a great day!

LOL! I'm the same way. . .I don't buy stuff unless it's on sale. Our Michaels didn't have any stuff for a while except for whole stack of designer paper but I have a million of them already!

Love your pretty card. It has a wonderful winter feel to it. Love the beautiful blues to your card. Awesome job, Jennie!!
