Mood Board from Wplus9

Hello!  I have a quick card to share today using some WPlus9 stamps! I was inspired by the Mood Board over on the company website and made a card using their color challenge of Peach, Navy and Kraft.

I used three WPlus9 stamps: Damask Delight, Defining Words and Guiding Light Sentiments.

 Now I can say I am glad I finally got around to using the stamps I found via Eclectic Paperie!  They have great customer service and I highly recommend them!!

The Craft's Meow: Soaring High/Rejoice

First we are featuring Kaitlyn Ord Long's new stamp set: Rejoice.

Love the words and symbols in this new set.  For this card I used some FarmHouse Paper Company patterned paper as well as some Spellbinders dies and Want2Scrap bling.  This is a great reminder that through Him and by His divine will ALL things are possible!

Today, we are also featuring the second of Nina Brackett's two stamp sets for this month called Soaring High. This set is is a 4x4 set that is the Free Gift with $50 purchase!

This is a beautiful set and can't wait for you to see it! It is a lovely set of bird images and comforting sentiments.

Today, we are featuring the second of Karen Baker's two stamp sets for this month called Geometric Foundations. This set is so much fun and the possibilities are endless!

 I stamped a piece of Ocean Mist cardstock with Memento Tuxedo black and die cut the other side using a Spellbinders Foliage dies.  I stamped the same geometric pattern on a white panel beneath the die cut layer.

Today, we are featuring one of Karen Baker's two stamp sets for this month called Easter Blessings. This set is so sweet!!

I stamped the sweet lamb image onto a Spellbinders die cut circle using Rose ink from Clearsnap and gently sponged while still in the die with Cantaloupe. Love the flourish within the image...so pretty!

Scor-Pal LOVE FEST on SCS!!!

The Craft's Meow: Baby Shelf

Today, we are featuring one of Nina Brackett's two stamp sets for this month called Baby Shelf. This set is so sweet!!

I stamped one of the sentiments on a panel of white cardstock and embossed with clear embossing powder before sponging with Memento Pear Tart and Cantaloupe ink. It makes just a beautiful background and added some wood letters for a baby card.

NinaB Designs February Blog Hop

Welcome to the NinaB Designs Blog Hop! The theme of this month's hop is Make it Mini, in honor of February's being a short month. Nina challenged the team to create a project that is either small (mini-cards, mini-boxes, etc.) and/or intended for someone small (babies, kids, even pets:).

I made some mini cards using Nina's set for The Craft's Meow Sew Happy and the coordinating Spellbinders Sew Elements dies. The patterned paper I used for the cards is My Mind's Eye Portobellow Road and accented each mini-card with Want2Scrap bling.  All of the images/sentiments were stamped with Memento London Fog ink.

I thought it would be cute to make a holder for these little cards and coordinating envelopes and made this holder from a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of card stock using my Scor-Pal:

 

 The labels is from Lovely Labels 18.  And here is the inside:

Here is my card:

I used some Teresa Collins patterned paper and Want2Scrap bling. I stamped/embossed the image and coloring it with Spectrum Noir markers before I die cut it and the sentiment. While still in the die I gently sponged with Angel Pink ink.

Here is my card:

I stamped the image and sentiment on a piece of ivory cardstock and die cut it with a Spellbinders die, gently sponging the edges while still in the die with Memento Desert Sand.  Then I stenciled the panel of kraft cardstock with a My Crafter's Workshop stencil.

I did a little paper piecing on this one and combined it with some older October Afternoon patterned paper I have in my stash.  The image was sponged with Memento ink and then I paper pieced the egg and chicks.
