GKD Release Inspiration Blog Hop Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the Gina K. Designs newest Release Inspiration Hop!  We are excited to share with you
two new stamp sets that were released last night.  First up is Special Occasion Tags illustrated by Tami Mayberry:

I stamped the flower image from the True Love STV kit with Memento Cantaloupe ink and spritzed it with some Goosebumps Texture spray.  It gives such a nice bumpy glossy finish to the stamped cardstock.  I do not have the dies that coordinate with this stamp set and find them quite easy to just cut out by hand (until I get my hands on those dies of course).

Next up is the new One Free with Three set, You've Got Style:

I stamped the image, embossed, and colored the image using Touch Twin markers.  Then I went over it with a Stardust Glitter pen to add some sparkle.  I stamped the sentiment on a Grommet Tag and lightly sponged with Antique Linen distress ink.  I added a bit of bling from Want2Scrap and the patterned paper is Times and Seasons from Echo Park Paper.

For even more samples of these new sets, please visit each of the GKD Design Team blogs listed below and leave a comment. The more blogs you comment on, the more chances you have of winning!  Gina will announce on her blog the randomly chosen winners who will each win a fun Grab Bag of stamps from Gina K. Designs.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!
Blessings,

The Grandma TAG card is so serene and thoughtful, just like her I bet. I like that you commented to cutting out the tag, that we do not have ot use the die cut to showcase the image it can be paired with. The STYLE dress is cool. Sush a busy card, tons of technique, yet the dress is totally the focus

Thanks for the comment about cutting them out by hand because I don't have either 2 or 3 tags dies. It was nice to know you can make them work easily.

What fun cards! I really like the "holes" in the top right corner of the first and your spray really gives it a neat look. It is also nice to know that it is easy to cut around the tags by hand. What a fun look on your second card! I like how you did the sentiment.
