I sprayed the background using Dylusions spray ink and a Crafter's Workshop stencil. The city silhouette was stamped and embossed using Versafine and clear embossing powder. The sentiment is from Across the Miles.

Make a Wish

Hi there! Today I have a card to share that I made for the CAS-ual Friday's Tic Tac Toe Challenge using SRM stickers, Spellbinders dies, Want2Scrap bling and The Crafter's Workshop stencils. I love combining these companies!! Stenciling is BIG right now and definitely been a favorite technique of mine as it makes some poppin' CAS cards.

It's Your Birthday

Today I have a CAS card Icreated using Quilt Prints and Stictly Sentiments 1.

I played along with the 10 minute Craft Dash challenge and made this card in 4:38!  Quite pleased with that as often I am throwing together a card real quick :)

Happy Birthday

 I was inspired by a card I saw recently in my LSS, (Betty's Scrapbooking Room in Greensboro, NC) using this background stamps" Glory of Modesty from Penny Black. I stamped the image using Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder before sponging with Memento Angel Pink, Summer Sky and Bamboo Leaves. I stamped and embossed the butterfly from Kisses in the Sun in similar fashion and sponged it as well. The sentiment is by SRM Stickers.

It's Your Birthday

Hey there!  A quick card to share today for the Play Date Cafe Challenge which was Grass, Rose Petal an Hibiscus. I used some new stamps from CAS-ual Fridays, Bold Wishes and used Clearsnap Olive, Peach and Rose inks. Very simple design!!

Thinking of You

Hi there!  Just thought I would pop in and share a card I made using a new Penny Black stamp, Kisses in the Sun, that I picked up at my LSS (Betty's Scrapbooking Room in Greensboro, NC). LOVE this collage image! I stamped the image using Versafine Oynx Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I die cut it using a Spellbinders label die and sponged the image (while still in the die) using Memento Cantaloupe and New Sprout. The butterfly was stamped a second time popped up using a pop dot.

The background was stamped using Puzzle Parts and Memento Bahama Blue and New Sprout ink. I added a bit of Want2Scrap bling and a SRM sentiment.

Thinking of You

 Hello!  It has been a crazy busy week (another homeschool year is winding down), but wanted to squeeze in a little crafty time! I was inspired by the Monday Mood Board #10 over on the Wplus9 Design Studio blog and wanted to play along.  LOVED the colors and gave me an excuse to use some Black Canvas paint from Claudine Hellmuth Studio. I painted a piece of Ocean Mist cardstock lightly and stamped over it using Defining Words and Memento Peanut Brittle ink and layered it onto some Soft Sand cardstock. The butterfly from Flora and Fauna 1 I stamped using Versafine Oynx Black and embossed with clear embossing powder.  The tag is from Timeless Tags 2 was stamped with a sentiment from Guiding Light Sentiments and added a wooden veneer from Studio Calico that I inked using Memento London Fog.

 I doodled around the tag to play along with the SCS Mix-Ability Media challenge . It is a fun new weekly challenge...mixed media is HUGE right now!!

The Craft's Meow Sketch Blog Hop

The Craft's Meow is having a series of themed blog hops in lieu of the regular April release. Today we have a sketch:

And here is my card:

I created my own patterned paper using the flourish image from Beautiful Hymns and stamped it using Memento Rich Cocoa onto Pale Plum cardstock. The labels die is from Lovely Labels 18 and I die cut a circle to stamp the tulip images from Flower Garden using Versamagic Perfect Plumeria and Tea Leaves ink. The sentiment is from Sweet Silhouettes. After I assembled the card, I spritzed it wth with Fireworks Rich Cocoa and love the sheen it gives!!
