This time we were given an inspiration challenge (~ brought to us via Kay).
Isn't that just fabulous! Here is my take on the inspiration:
I used Theresa's newest stamp set, Vogue Vases 2 and did a little but of paper piecing with the round vase. I have to say I am uber impressed with the clear stamps that GKD is offering now..makes placement so much easier, and can ditch the Stamp-ma-Jig (which for me was an extra step on every card). I was inspired by the orange and wood elements and incorporated that into my design using Take a Hike patterned paper from Simple Stories.

Loved that you ditched the stamp a ma jig. I just bought it and it is still in the plastic. I can NEVER get my stamps placed straight, centered or PERFECT. I put it off since it is an extra step. SO, now I know it is the brand of stamps that I am buying and not MY fault! hehehe Love the card, btw!
