I made this for the Card Patterns #117 challenge. Love the sketch and gave me a chance to try some new Embossing Cream from Viva Decor in Light Green. I stenciled it on using the Botanical Swirl Art Stencil from Layers of Color and it puffed up when I dried it with my heat gun. Such a great look and obviously going to be picking up more colors. The butterfly from Flutterescent was stamped using Rose Viva Decor Soft-Color Rose and sprinkled with very fine glitter.
Here is a close-up of the stenciling to show the dimension it gives:
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!
Blessings,

What a sweet card Jennie! I love all the texture this has. And that butterfly, of course. So glad you could join us on Card Patterns this week!
Lovely card, Jennie! Pretty colors and very cool texture with Viva Decor!
Hello Jennie - wow - I am loving your technique and the embossing cream! The texture on your card is gorgeous!! Delish colours - the Flutterescent butterfly looks ready to take flight! Love it! Thanks for inspiring! {{{hugs}}}
Oh Jennie what a wonderful dimensional card this is - just amazing!! Love that bright green - I don't know if I would be brave enough to use it with the pink, but it works!!

Beautiful Jennie! I LOVE that embossed vine background. Very cool!
This looks really good - how interesting that it is a paste. I have tried this technique before with gesso and stencils, but didn't know about a special paste - will be looking for that!
