Wishing You...

Last week I was out of town and way too busy to get any stamping done so thought I would share something I made a couple of weeks ago.

Something I wanted to try with the Many Wishes stamp set was to use glitter and a Glue Pad for the dandelions.  I had forgotten how the glue pad really dries up when not in use, so had to really soak it with the refill to get it nice and juicy again.  I used Vivid Brick ink for the stems and wanted to keep the colors to Rocket Red, Soft Sand and Luxury White.   Anyone know where I can find some more ribbon like this?  It came in my StampTV kit and I am sadly running out.  I love the width of it and desperately want to find some more.

My youngest has a 15 mo. check up today and after being out of town last week, I am determined to get him back on a normal schedule.   It makes for a much happier toddler and toddler mama, if you know what I mean! :o)
Have a great day!

This is gorgeous, Jennie! I bought some ribbon similar to that at...I can't remember exactly but it was either Walmart or Hobby Lobby. Papertrey Ink sells some too--it's Pure Poppy double stitched ribbon. PTI's pure poppy is almost identical to SU's Real red.

Wow it looks great with the red. I would have never thought about that color but it works.

The glitter was an inspired choice! And I know what you mean about the toddler schedule... mine is 16 months and lives for routine.
