Friendship

I looked at my scrap pile recently and realized I REALLY need to start hacking into it before I even consider cutting another piece!  So.... I am pleased to say all of the dp on this card is completely made from scraps! :o)  I love this pink stripe designer paper from Basic Grey, I have altered notebooks and frames using this dp so have quite a little pile of scraps pieces to work with.  Now I need to figure out a better way to organize my scrap dp...any suggestions?  Right now it is just in a 9x12 bin I sort through...
Have a great day!

Love the colors and the paper piecing. I have a drawer full of scraps too and have been wanting to dig in them.

Oh I love this card, I need to get me some coffee or tea stamps. Thumbs up on using your scraps. That was my resolution this year to use scraps. I have a drawer full of card stock scraps and a drawer full of DP scraps. On the top of my work space I have a basket with current scraps that I try and use up so I do not add to the drawers, so far this method is working. Last year I had 4 drawers!!!

My dp goes into a hanging file cart. I have 12" DecoFile Folders from Creative Memories and I store my dp in those. They have a pocket on the front for scraps and a large pocket behind it for large/full size pieces and they are clear. I don't have nearly enough and they don't make them anymore, although if you can find a CM consultant with tons of inventory you might find some. They make a new folder with more pockets now. I like your card--I'm a sucker for coffee/cocoa sets.

Can't help you with the organising thing...I still agonise over the little bits of everything around here...reckon I could stamp for a month using nothing buts scrap...except for the bases of course!
