TCM March Release Blog Hop

Today I have two cards to share with you today! First is a card using the new Birthday Pun stamp set:

I used Memento inks (Rich Cocoa, Peanut Brittle and Desert Sand) and applied some Desert Sand ink to a embossed panel of Ivory cardstock.  I wanted to give this a county feel so added a bit of burlap.

My next card uses the adorable new set Sweet Birthday:

I love how quickly I can put together a card using this cute set!  I simply stamped the hats using Memento Tangelo, Dandelion and Bahama Blue and added the sentiment using Love Letter.  Quick and easy!!!

We are excited about our brand new TCM Gallery

The Craft's Meow Preview: Sweet Silhouettes

  It's The Craft's Meow 2nd Birthday!! Today is the fourth and final day of the previews for four new stamp sets soon to be available through The Craft's Meow on March 21.  All the designers' projects can be seen over on TCM's company blog along with their links for more details, so be sure to check them out.

Today we are featuring Nina B Designs new set, Sweet Silhouettes.  This is the Free with $50 purchase stamp set and love that it coordinates with the Spellbinders Labels 10 dies.

I paired this card with some Echo Park patterned paper. Simply layered some patterned paper and stamped directly on a coordinating piece of patterned paper before I die cut.

I love the chalkboard craze that is popular right now and gave that technique a try using this fun new set. 

This second card I have to share today is more CAS: 

I kept the color scheme to red/gray and embossed the gray panel with an embossing folder.

I made this for my little guy who turns five today... The bright bold colors just fit his fun little personality...okay, maybe not little, he is quite a fireball of activity!!

And just a hint...I used another stamp set that we will be featuring tomorrow on this card to make it look like Washi Tape :)  Love the adorable images in this set!!

 I used the Happy Birthday sentiment to create a background along the top and paired it with some MME patterned paper.

SNSS: Flower Blocks 1

This gorgeous set of large flower block images is a dream to color.  You'll love adorning your Spring cards with these lovely images and sentiments.

Here is my project today:

 I stamped the image twice using Versafine Oynx Black ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  I have become a HUGE fan of Dylusions sprays and since I am not the best color-er...I chose to spray my ink ;)  I used Dylusions Lemon Zest and Bubblegum Pink spray ink, fussy cut the flower, and paper pieced it.  Then simply added some scoring to the card base and layered on a die cut. Easy peasy...

 I stamped the feathers using Memento ink. A couple of the feathers were die cut, stamped and popped the feathers up on dimensionals before I spritzed with Tattered Angels Pinecone mist. The sentiment is from the new set Flower Blocks 1. And here is another card I had on the SNSS blog this past week...

TCM Blog Hop

Hello friends!  Today the The Craft's Meow DT is having a blog hop to share projects created with the theme of Easter/Encouragement.  I used the stamp sets Easter Blessings and Beautiful Hymns for my project:

I used a Memory Box die to die cut the left side of my patterned paper and added some Want2Scrap bling. The flourish from Beautiful Hymns makes the perfect grassy design beneath the animals which were stamped, fussy cut and popped up on Scrapbook Adhesives dimensionals.
