Thinking of You

Today I have a card to share from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I have been guest designing for SNSS this month and have my last creation for February on the SNSS blog.

For this card, I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch and used the SNSS set Parisian Postcard. Love the vintagey feel to this stamp set. I wanted to create a collage with the Eiffel Tower as the focal point, so randomly stamped the images on the patterned paper and also on the die cut.

Thanks a Latte!

Today I have a card to share using a fun coffee themed stamp set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I am guest designing for SNSS this month over on the SNSS blog and have another coffee creation HERE.

For this card I used the sketch from Fusion Card Challenge and was inspired by the hearts for my cutesy card creation. The stamp set is Pick Me Up and just love this mug and the fun sentiments included in this set!

Welcome to day 5 of our August feature Blog Hops!  Today we're featuring two great sets in a new series of large inspirational sentiments.

  I made this using some Dylusions ink sprays and various stencils. The sentiment was embossed using Versamark and clear embossing powder.

I stamped the sentiment using Tea Rose Clearsnap ink and die cut it using a Spellbinders die. I added some leaves and which were sponged while still in the leaf die.

This is such a sweet set and a perfect companion for the other silhouette child stamp sets. For my card I did a little mixed media with some Farmhouse patterned paper. I applied gesso to mute is down a bit and then applied some red gelato to the edges rubbing it in a bit.

Here is what I made using these fun new stamps/dies:

I made this using some Farm House patterned paper and Memento Luxe ink. I covered the back by die cutting a second bookmark shape and adhere it to the back using Scor-Tape:

and of course had to stamp one of the great sentiments there too!

Here is another one I made for my youngest reader in the house:

He helped by coloring it the image and popped it up on dimensionals.

SNSS Christmas in July Blog Hop

Love these ornament dies!  For this card, I stamped the green ornaments, then die cut and stamped a coordinating one to place in the center. Super easy!!!!

First I die cut the poinsettia using red cardstock and stamped/embossed using Versafine Oynx Black and clear embossing powder. It was a bit too red, so I misted it with White Dylusions ink spray...definitely the more subtle look I was wanting!  The patterned paper is Simple Stories.

Love these new dies and will definitely be cranking out some Christmas cards using these this year!!!

Friendship: Delightful Doiles

Today I have two Delightful Doilies cards to share with you today using the Tim Holtz distress paints.  I saw these at my LSS: Betty's Scrapbooking Room and couldn't wait to play with them!

 I applied the Tim Holtz Distress paints directly to the stamp and added a die cut border using Doily Border Dies. Quite a fun inking medium to use and love the vibrancy of the colors. I used the same paints on this second card:

This is such a fun new stamp/die set. First I die cut the pieces and then stamped using Memento ink. To create the sand, I tore a piece of Sand cardstock and lightly inked using a stipple brush.
